Shared Workspace NYC - Verus Construction

Verus performed Design/Build services for approximately 33,000 SF of office space for Rise, a FinTech ecosystem created by Barclays to enable financial technology start-ups to connect. The scope of work included: wood flooring throughout four floors, large kitchen/pantry areas, private offices with millwork doors, internal stairs connecting floors 3 and 4, exposed new MEP systems, new reception area, individual collaboration rooms and /areas and eclectic design throughout.
